PROJECT: Backend Stabilization & Production Hardening (Laravel)
IMPORTANT: THIS IS NOT A NEW DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

This project is strictly focused on:

• Fixing existing backend logic
• Completing partially implemented modules
• Improving performance and stability
• Preparing the system for production scaling

NOT allowed:

• No rebuild
• No new architecture
• No frontend redesign

Any proposal suggesting rewriting the system will be rejected.

CURRENT SYSTEM

The platform is already live and functional.

Existing:

• Laravel backend (MySQL + Redis)
• Payment integration (partially working)
• Token system
• Admin panel
• Frontend completed

This is a correction and optimization project, not development from zero.

MAIN TASKS (SUMMARY)

• Fix financial ledger consistency
• Complete escrow lifecycle (no double settlement)
• Fix token purchase flow
• Complete subscription logic
• Fix boost system logic
• Align database with backend
• Secure admin and financial routes
• Validate revenue split logic
• Optimize performance (queries, Redis, caching)
• Prepare system for autoscaling

UI SCOPE (LIMITED)

• Fix alignment and visual inconsistencies
• Improve UI polish

NOT allowed:

• No redesign
• No rebuild

REQUIRED DELIVERABLES

• End-to-end video showing all flows working
• Fully functional production system
• Clean, structured code (no hacks)
• Final validation report

REQUIREMENTS
