Send email using multiple SMTP in Laravel 8

I have a email sender developed in Laravel 8, I have created a table named tbl_smtp and in this table I have stored 4 smtp. When I send, only the first smtp works. The rest of smtp not using, I checked several times that the loop is 100% correct, finally I got the issues in * Config::set('mail.driver',$driver); * it is not changing after the first loop. I want to send email by using more than 10 smtp, please help me.
