Seek Laravel + Vue Expert to fill a position in my team

Welcome, developers! If you're here, you're likely interviewing for a position with us. We're excited to see what you can do.
This step in our interview process involves picking one of the issues below. You need to complete it and we'd like to see how fast you can get this done.
Please note the time you spend on planning and execution. It helps us understand your workflow.
Requirements:
1) We'd love a short video (max 15-minute) where you discuss your project, decisions made, or any challenges you encountered.
2) We'd love a full video or a bunch of short videos per step how you build your project from empty directory.
The videos should include your explanation about why, where, what you are about to do.
After completing the project:
1. Push your code to a private repository on GitHub.
2. Grant read access to us.
3. Include a README with instructions for running your code or viewing your demo.
4. Share the required videos mentioned above.
We're interested in more than just the finished product. We want to understand:
• Does this person understand Laravel? Vue? Bootstrap? Git?
• Does this person use Unit Testing appropriately?
• Does this person write clean, maintainable code?
• Does this person have UX/UI & Design skills?
• What is it like to work with this person?
• Does this person balance speed and quality?
• Does this person understand the basics of our project management process?
By the way, we've intentionally left off time estimates. Bonus points for answering the following in your submission:
• What improvements would you make next?
• How would you break down the remaining work?
• How long would it take for you to do the entire project?
• Would you prefer to work on the "front end" and let someone else deal with the underlying "services"?
• Would you prefer to work on the "back end" and let someone else deal with the details of the View / User Interface?
• Would you prefer to work alone and to have full control over "both ends" so to speak?
There are no wrong answers... Be Honest, and Be yourself. We are very flexible and we believe in putting "the right people in the right seats". Based on what you know about us so far, how do you think you'll best fit into this team?

Issue CC-1: Car Dealership CRUD System
Example User Story
"As a dealership manager, I want to be able to easily add a new car model so that it can be displayed on our inventory list."
Create a CRUD system for a car dealership, focusing on the following functionalities:
• Add, edit, and delete cars
• Add, edit, and delete manufacturers
• Assign cars to manufacturers
• View lists of cars and manufacturers
• Filter cars by manufacturer
• Include at least one well-formed "Resource Controller"
• Use TDD, and include at least one Functional Test and one Unit Test
• Demonstrate some "advanced techniques" in Laravel.
Primary Objective: Showcase your Laravel skills.
Secondary Objective: Showcase your Vue skills.
Issue CC-2: Event Management System
Example User Stories
"As an event organizer, I want to see a list of participants who have signed up for my event so that I can prepare accordingly."
"As a participant, I want to be able to sign up for an event so that I can attend."
Develop an Event System that meets the following criteria:
• Event creation and management
• User participation tracking
• Be sure to include at least 1 Vue component that makes an API call to an internal URL.
• Demonstrate some "advanced techniques" in Vue.
Feel free to add any other features you think would be useful.
Primary Objective: Showcase your Vue skills.
Secondary Objective: Create an "API" service in Laravel.
We will directly hire the best candidate on the other job opening with hourly basis, but will give the chance to 3 candidates. It's not a free task for chosen developers. Please feel free to submit your qualifications.
