SaaS Gym Management Software PHP

I need a fully-hosted gym management platform written in PHP that I can roll out to multiple gyms under a single subscription model. The heart of the system is an owner dashboard that instantly shows recent payments, pending payments, key member statistics, and class utilisation at a glance.

Core modules
• Member management: add, edit, freeze or cancel memberships, track attendance via QR/barcode, and store basic health notes.
• Class scheduling: trainers should be able to create recurring classes, set capacity limits, and mark attendance from a tablet or phone. Members must see the live timetable and self-book.
• Financial reporting: automated invoices, revenue vs. expense snapshots, and exportable monthly statements. The dashboard must surface overdue accounts in real time.

Payments
Stripe (or similar) for credit/debit cards and a workflow for manual bank-transfer confirmations are essential. I’m happy to discuss other gateways later, but these two methods need to work flawlessly from day one.

User roles
• Gym owner – full control plus the high-level dashboard.
• Trainer – schedule classes and record attendance only.
• Member – manage profile, book classes, and pay online.

Technical notes
Please build on a mainstream PHP framework (Laravel preferred for its tenancy packages, but CodeIgniter is acceptable). MySQL for data, responsive front-end (Bootstrap or Tailwind), and clean REST endpoints so I can add a mobile app later. Security, role-based access, and clean code comments are must-haves.
