SMTP Server Issue with Zeptomail on Laravel

I'm experiencing an SMTP server error with Zeptomail in my Laravel application that's hosted on EC2. Despite confirming that my SMTP server settings are correct within the Laravel configuration, emails are not being delivered, and they are not bouncing back either.
