SAML integration with Healthcare Insurance Marketplace

Let me tell you about our project and the SAML requirements that we are facing.
We have Laravel (PHP) & VueJs (JS) web project, It's a kind of Healthcare Insurance Plans Marketplace.
We are integrating a Direct Enrollment feature with a third party, but for that, we need to connect to their SAML services, they ask us to redirect (with SAML) to a certain URL, but with the libraries, we are currently using, can’t emulate the request as requested by them.
We assuming that we need to make this redirection with SAML, and the rest are SOAP APIs for the data exchange in order to enroll a member in a Healthcare policy.
The problem is that we have no experience with SAML, and as I say, the open-source libraries tested do not have the structure that the third-party docs say that we need.
