**Key Requirements:**
- **App Development:**
- Implement real-time notifications to keep teams aligned.
- Ensure offline access for uninterrupted productivity.
- Develop a customizable dashboard tailored to individual user needs.
- Introduce a camera mode for direct photo updates to tasks or projects, both existing and new.
- Incorporate all existing features of our project management system into the app.
- **Existing Website Revitalization:**
- Bug fixes and improvements to enhance user experience, about 20 major items/corrections.
- Ensure seamless integration between the website and new app features.
- **AI Integration:**
- Develop AI features for automatic task assignments based on team member strengths and weaknesses.
- Implement AI-generated suggestions for overall project management improvement.
- Utilize AI-powered analytics to provide deep insights into project progress and areas for enhancement.
**Ideal Skills and Experience:**
- Proven expertise in Laravel, Lumen, Mysql, Angular 10+, and related technologies.
- Experience in mobile app development, especially with features like offline access and real-time notifications.
