Reviews and Directory of listings - Feature add and bug fixes

I have a website based on Laravel, with MySQL DB hosted and deployed from Digital Ocean and Github repo.
There are 3 main features that need building with some bug fixes, a Database merge (bug fixing and dignosis) and to connect filters and a search function to return results in a directory.
I am a front-end developer so layout and client side code is mostly done.
Must be a Laravel pro, can audit and pickup current implementation codebase quickly and be able to work stuff out by themself.
