displays all registered service providers under that particular service type(eg professional insurance, Madison insurance), then when client clicks on particular service provider it takes to third page

Displays all service products offered by particular service provider eg (motor vehicle insurance, fire insurance) once client select particular service product will take him to fourth page

Displays option to fill in his personal details such as
1. Full names
2.National Registration number (NRC)
3.service registration number
4. Home/Office Address
On the same page at the bottom payment option such as
1. Wallet
2.Unikwacha paypoint
3. Mobile money/Visa card
