Remake the frontend of a project in Laravel

Hello.
I need to remake the frontend of a project in Laravel. Currently the frontend uses bootstrap but I would like to do it in react or vue or similar so that I don't have to reload the whole site every time a link is clicked. If we are going to carry out this task, it is necessary to have knowledge of both the backend (php, laravel, etc.) and the frontend (css, layout, design, etc.).
Important: Please detail in the proposal:
- What do you propose to do what is requested.
- Experience in layout and web design.
- Laravel experience
The project have many views. Im searching somebody for work with me full time and for long time terms because after this first task I have more for continue working togather.
