Redesign my website (Read requirements and reply for Laravel experts)

My website's home page and product page needs to be redesigned.

HomePage: Redesign the layout of homepage along with creating new banners and offer images
Product Page: Redesign product page along with creating options to have Filter by category; Filter by Brand and Sort options.
Cart Page: Payment calculation needs to be rechecked as the product amounts being added to the cart is not being calculated correctly.
