Real-Time Laravel-Sugar Integration

I am seeking a proficient developer who can effectively integrate Laravel and Sugar. The primary task for this project will encompass synchronizing customer data in real time between the two platforms. We have an existing Laravel customer portal that is connected via API to an on premise Sugar instance. We intend to move to Sugar cloud and need someone who can make sure our web app integrates with the cloud properly. We are also looking for someone who can work with us on a (1 off contract basis) from time to time to make modifications to the Laravel portal and keep it integrated with the Sugar cloud instance.
