Ready-made Accounting Software Needed

I need a read-made editable accounting application that I can start using immediately for my medium-sized Indian business. The software must already include complete GST compliance, return preparation, automatic tax calculations, legally valid invoice generation, and reliable inventory management that keeps stock, valuation, and purchase sale records in sync without manual fixes. No Codecanion script. Laravel or Core PHP.

Since I need a ready-made solution, a quick walkthrough or live demo is important so I can see the dashboards, reports, and GST workflows. Full documentation and source code handover are required.
