React native laravel Socket io with laravel echo

Am creating a courier/ride-hailing app and i have reached a point where i have to automatically assign the booking to a random nearby driver when he accepts the order, the customer gets a notification with details of the driver like Uber, when he denies the order, the system looks for another one until one accepts or the system notifies the customer if no drivers found.
