React Laravel Purchase Order Creation App with Tailwind

I'm looking for a skilled developer to build a mobile-friendly, Laravel-based ordering application. The frontend should be built using React and the UI styled with Tailwind. At this stage, the application will only output a PDF with the purchase order.
