AI Question Generator Laravel

I am looking for a laravel developer to create a simple AI question/answer generator application. This will be very similar to https://quizgecko.com in terms of functionality NOT features.
I am NOT looking to provide a saas service but just need an application where user will input text/file and the ai will generate questions and answers based on some criteria such as question type, difficulty and number of questions.
No fancy UI needed as I am more interested in the code. We will be using this as part of a larger application.
