Profile Evaluator

For this project, we are looking for a Profile Evaluator for our existing business. The evaluator should have experience in analyzing skills and expertise, experience and education, personal branding, and online presence. We would like the evaluation to be presented using a Website Tool. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing website tools and should use laravel.
