Prevent bots from Spamming our Sign Up form

We have our user account create form that is protected by Google reCAPTCHA but still we are receiving Bots Spam Sign Ups and this is becoming more frequent.
We are looking for a skillful developer/company with google experience to review the Sign Up process and figure out what is missing and to put a solution to prevent this to happen.
The system is built based on Laravel.
