Portfolio for Full fledge blogging system
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a portfolio website where I can add information on every page dynamically. I already have the design in the PSD file will be shared after assigning the project.
Front _endshould be in Vue-JS or React _JS and backend should be in Laravel Developer should design the front-end in such a way that it can be helpful in SEO. I require 90+ SEO score of google lighthouse.

There should be a dashboard, which sole purpose would be add and change contents in all main pages. Basic requirements for backend are following.
Other than site authentication, integrate google and Facebook authentication
User can write, view, edit and delete blog posts.
User should be able to see all comments on his post and should have the ability to hide spam comments
Implement Web sockets on backend so comments can be seen without reloading the page
Integrate mail system which purpose would be to send mails to all followers of the user.
