Paypal plans bugfixes

Hi everyone,
Our project (https://opinion.network) have few bugs and need some quick help:
1.Our local businesses' plans are not upgrading correctly (trial to monthly, mostly to yearly, etc.). I need someone who understands Laravel to help. We've integrated PayPal sandbox accounts to test.
2.Some address fields are not saving correctly. All of them get saved in the database but one or two don't display saved in the interface.
I'm looking for help with bugfixes for the PayPal plans asap. Time is of the essence.
