We want to build an integrated Parent–Teacher–Tuition Management System.

The platform should support registration and login via phone and OTP, with separate but connected modules for parents, teachers, operations, accounts, and admin. Each user type will have a dashboard and custom permissions.

Key requirements include:

Parent module: Class booking, wallet payments, refunds (credit only), 3 free demos, reviews/ratings, notifications, referral program, rescheduling, chat, wallet logs, and calendar sync.

Teacher module: Profile approval, course management, rate calculator, demo scheduling, certificate issuance, wallet tracking, leave requests, rescheduling, class reports, and analytics.

Operations/Admin: Automated notifications (email, WhatsApp, push), live class monitoring, ticket system, report generation (teachers, parents, finance), blog/resource management, and integration with analytics.

Accounts: Payment tracking, GST, salary automation, referral commission, expense logs, invoices, and currency conversion.
