PHP Laravel + VueJS Developer

My team is looking for a developer skilled in PHP Laravel as backend, and VueJS as frontend.
This person should also have knowledge of META/Facebook APIs, as our platform revolves around it.
The work of this person would be to perform new developments and maintenance of the application and in principle would be to hire him 1 full month, 4 hours a day.
