Developer to Automate and Embed Form Into Custom PHP/Laravel ERP

We are looking for a developer to convert our manual form into a digital, automated form fully embedded into our custom ERP system built in PHP and Laravel. The goal is to eliminate handwritten processes and streamline data entry.

Scope of Work
• Build a dynamic, editable form inside our PHP/Laravel ERP.
• Automatically generate a PDF version of the form upon submission.
• Allow users to update or edit information, with the system automatically updating the generated PDF.
• Ensure the form works seamlessly on both desktop and mobile applications.
• Integrate the form with our existing ERP database and workflows.
• Implement proper validation, security, and role-based access.

Requirements
• Strong experience in PHP, Laravel, and embedding dynamic components in custom systems.
• Skilled in PDF generation tools (jsPDF, DomPDF, PDFKit, etc.).
• Knowledge of API integration and database connectivity.
• Experience building responsive forms for both web and mobile users.
• Familiarity with secure data handling and form development best practices.
