OpenAI Specialist for Laravel/PHP

I have a CRM system that has also a virtual assistant feature that is already integrated with openai, using the assistant API. I am to find a freelancer that can help me proceed one step further, maybe integrate with the voice-to-text api and do a few modifications to be possible to keep context of a conversation.
