UK Only Please - An hours conversation to discuss fixing an Existing Website ReactJS & Laravel

I need to have a discussion via zoom or skype to discuss my project first before hiring. My name is Adam, based in Torquay, Devon (UK). The Freelance I hire MUST be based in the UK (not debatable). I have a project I need help with. I have had a platform built by another company, and I am having issues. The site is built using ReactJS and Laravel. There are multiple issues such as Social Share featured images with meta descriptions and titles, and testing the code for stability, in essence, I cannot trust the work that has been done as it keeps breaking so I need someone with experience to help me.
