OTP & Firebase Authentication Issue -- 2

Our platform occasionally fails to deliver OTP verification codes to users. Additionally, user records are inconsistently created in Firebase Authentication, where phone numbers sometimes appear and sometimes do not, causing unreliable registration and login behavior.

We suspect potential issues within the OTP generation, verification flow, or Firebase integration layer, and we are looking for an experienced developer to investigate and resolve the root cause.

*Review backend API calls, logging, and error handling
*Async Workflows: Understanding OTP generation, dispatch, and verification pipelines
*Experience with reCAPTCHA, rate limits, and OTP delivery issues
