News Publishing and Buy/Sell App in Flutter with Laravel Web Admin
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
We are looking for a great dev team to create a Flutter based News publishing, classifieds (buy/sell) and company directory app. We need this done by end of August 2022.
News Articles
Admin will post all news articles in web admin.
Three sources (authors) for the articles
Articles have categories - eg Local News, News Gadgets - admin can set these in the web admin area.
New items have company “cards” which display the company information that the article relates to. These are created in the deals hub when creating a company.
It will also link to their profile on the hub.
Detailed stats
We also need to record the number of view of each article, classified and deal. I have not displayed that in my screens yet. Will add in.
Deals Hub (company director with products and services lookup)
This is like a normal company directory where you can lookup who supplies pre-defined products, services and product brands.
As well as deals or specials that companies are having.
> A directory of companies
> Lists their products
> Lists their services
> Lists the brands the represent/sell
> Lists their branches
> Lists their deals
Admin will list deals initially but we also need to complete and integrate the web view of this. In the web view companies can login and list their own deals and manage their company profile.
So include the ability for a company to edit their profile and deals within the app.
Classifieds (Marketplace/Buy and Sell)
This is the USER driven content where users will list items and jobs.
Like an OLX or Gumtree. Simple and easy posting of job adverts by users.
Admin will be notified of any new adverts and can delete through web admin.

Home Screen
This will have a combination of all of the latest news, deals and classifieds which will continually change as new items are added.
Onboarding
User are required to register to view the news.
Can use email or social media - Facebook, Google and Linkedin.
USERS
User need to create a profile to use app.
Simple profile area where user have some information that is optional.
User can set preference from the news they wish to receive.
User can set push notification on particular items such as news, classifieds, deals etc.
Admin can add, edit or delete any user.
Admin can ban users by not allowing their email address to create a profile.
