Need someone to upload and deploy my project on linux server

I have a project which has frontend in angular and backend in laravel.

I need someone to
1 .Deploy that code on my linux server. setup code and DB all.
2. Create an FTP for me so that I can make changes in files myself
3. Give me access to mysql database on my PC
4. Make some little changes in UI, like change some text in footer etc.
