Need solution (artificial intelligence) to parse resumes.

I need an artificial intelligence that I can teach myself after an insertion from you. This artificial intelligence should be able to parse resumes in a wide variety of formats and convert the data into a JSON, which I can further process in a Laravel application. Likewise, the applicant's photo should be recognized and extracted, then saved.
