Need react.js and laravel expert

I have a simple php website(dashboard, signin, signup page) with poor ui/ux.
I need to update ui/ux by converting into react.js and laravel.

You must
- have 5 years of experience
- have keen eyes on ui/ux (i will provide the sample)
- write the clean and well-documented code (I will not pay if the code is dirty and bad-documented)
- have a good communication skill
