Need a marketplace consiting various modules

I need an experienced devel who should be highly skilled in design and developmenr of complex marketpace which will have suscription based various modules inclduing:
1. B2B
2. HRM
3. CRM
4. logistic Management
5. Hospitality Management
6. Manufacturing
7. Retail and e-commerce
8. Data Management
9. Hospital Management
10. Learning Management
On hrm already a Developer is working so New Developer will be resiponsible to develop all rest pending modules.
The Developer who will develop the system will be resiponsible for on going managemt of system and support, Version update with new features and modules as per market standard and cuatomization of modules as per customer requirements and for everything developer will be get paid in future. Its not one time work but you have to make a long term work relationship by signing a contract after development.
Our budget for every module is between 40K INR to 60K INR
