Need a laravel and apm expert to fix some issues with our website

We are in need of a Laravel and APM expert to address performance issues on our SAAS dasboard, specifically related to backend processes. We have not yet tried any solutions to fix the issues. We are looking for someone with experience in optimizing performance and who has a deep understanding of Laravel and APM tools. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
