Need to build laravel based cms with bootstrap as front end

Need a developer to build laravel based cms with bootstrap as front end . This project is long term and need developer for next one year. You should work at least 8 hours a day(day time as per Indian standard time) and 6 days a week, it’s a hourly project , don’t ask for fixed price . Hourly price of 100 INR and you have to use freelancer.con desktop app to track time. As it is a project from scratch , we want to build the platform in trial and error basis, so you have to work accordingly to build the pages again and again till we get final desired output . Pls note the page speed is most important , so you should have all good code practice
