Need Simple App For Adding Inventory and Letting Users Claim It

Need a simple app made here in the next few hours that lets us (admin) add inventory of an address and let the users on the site view all available addresses and then claim them into their account. We need to be able to assign statuses (even after they've been claimed by the users) as we then work on their project. Need a working version of this in the next 3 hours.
