I am looking for laravel developer who can build website for url m&a.
Project already done 50%, and need developer for completing this project.
Site will be provide folowing these features:
Create a site for sale site.

rakkoma.com is the image you want, but it's ok to make other common site trading sites. (There is no problem as long as it has the functions of a general site trading site.)
Responsive design requires the following features:
■ Admin page
1) In the management screen, you can view the user's personal information, delete the user, edit the agenda, disclose it, or make it private.
2) When the site sale is established, an e-mail will be sent to the administrator.
3) Batch mail transmission function such as notifications.
■ User page
1) New Registration and My Page. After logging in to My Page, register user information, set mail reception, etc.
2) You can register or trade on the site.
3) Message notification function.
4) There is a chat function between seller and buyer.
5) Reset password.
6) Contract function of site sale (Exchange of contract is done in chat form.)

You can use any javascript lib includes jquery and bootstarp, but no need react for front end.
