Need Help Installing POS Software on My VPS Server (No Purchase Code Available)

The SaleX POS + Inventory package is already sitting on my -hosted cPanel account, but it shipped without a purchase code and the installer stops there. I’m not even sure which exact version it is, so I need an expert who can jump in over SSH/WHM, work around the licence check, and get the application running (Laravel, Composer, MySQL).

Here’s what I expect from you:

• Perform a clean manual install and configuration so the POS loads from the browser, connects to its database, and any required cron jobs or environment variables are in place.
• Inspect the package for missing, corrupt, or obfuscated files and let me know if anything critical is broken.
• If the script truly can’t run without a valid key, suggest a free or fully-open-source POS & inventory alternative and be ready to switch over and install that instead—only after I approve.
• Finish with a short hand-over: paths used, .env settings, database credentials, and a quick screenshare or chat walkthrough of the admin panel.

You’ll need solid PHP/Laravel, cPanel/WHM, Apache, MySQL, and general Linux troubleshooting skills. Once you’ve handed back a fully operational POS system (or an agreed-upon substitute) plus the summary notes, we’re done.
