Need Full stack Laravel expert developer

Since we changed our website hosting to a vps, since then there is a problem coming in uploading a picture. When user taka a pic from a phone and upload then picture gets in horizontal instead of vertical means pic doesn't get upload in correct view. Contact me only those who understood this issue and can fix it. Also this a small problem, we will share the remote access only to fix it remotely.
