Multifaceted Locode System Development
Budget: £10 – £15 GBP
We are looking for a Coder or Coding Company, who will work from a brief and have access to an online prototype, to use an agreed framework, such as Laravel, to produce a "Locode" system and then from that to produce various modules, such as a Learning Management System (LMS), Stock Control, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Content Management System (CMS) and a number of other modules which will involve linking with AI engines through their APIs. The project will be three level - visitors, clients and administrators. The system will be rolled out as a SaaS. The system must be multi-lingual from the outset with English as the base language. The ability to translate to other European languages is essential.
The Coder(s) will be expected to demonstrate a high level of skill in a web development language such as PHP and skills in Javascript plus CSS and HTML. Alternatively a Coder may wish to make a proposal to us using an existing Locode system such as NocoDB or Saltcorn. The use of Rust or Go as a programming environment is not ruled.
Where the Coder is based is not important but an excellent command of English is essential and also a demonstrable understanding of European business culture.
We are more interested in developing a long term relationship with an individual or the company for whom the individual works.
Amateurs who visualise that the type of system we want could be written in something like Wordpress need not apply.
We will expect to pay a sensible hourly rate in blocks or modules of time and achievements. Regular stand-ups and on-line Team meetings will be required. The process will be controlled by a suitable Project Management system.
The Freelancer we choose will already know that the type of system we visualise, does not currently exist and is excited by the opportunity to be involved in making it exist. They will also appreciate what opportunities such a project would open up and will react to this advertisement accordingly
