Monday.com App & Sync Specialist / Developer / Consultant

We’re looking for someone with strong experience in developing Monday.com apps and integrations, particularly with Laravel-based backend systems. Your job will be to consult with our developer to help us build a custom Monday.com app and implement robust two-way sync functionality between our VoIP platform and Monday.com boards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Monday App Development:
• Build a custom Monday.com app that allows users to select specific fields/data to sync onto their Monday board.
• Enable dynamic mapping of Laravel fields to Monday.com columns based on user preferences.
• Ensure support for multiple data types: Call Data, Person Data, and more.
2. Two-Way Sync Implementation:
• Maintain real-time, bi-directional sync between our Laravel platform and Monday.com.
• Prevent data duplication or mismatch between systems.
• Laravel → Monday.com: Sync on create/update/delete.
• Monday.com → Laravel: Sync on item create/update/delete.
3. Initial Sync Support:
• Handle onboarding and initial data sync for new Monday.com users with existing Laravel data.
4. Authentication Setup:
• Implement secure OAuth authentication to allow users to authorize sync access to their Monday.com accounts.

• Proven experience building and deploying Monday.com apps.
• Strong knowledge of Laravel (PHP) and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with OAuth2 authentication.
• Familiarity with CRM workflows and data mapping.
• Bonus: Experience with VoIP, telephony data, or demographic data integrations.
