Need a mobile app developer who is very specialized in Hybrid mobile application development using Flutter. Font-end has already completed, but you may have some adjustments while you're working. however your main task is to build a back-end using Laravel. The app is a restaurant vendors app.

It will work with the same dynamics as our delivery application. It is a system that has 3 frontend
1 - Android/IOS mobile app
2 - Administrative panel of the stores
3 - Master Administrator Main Panel
The three will be interconnected.
The main panel is where the system operating rules will be defined, the main settings of the platform operation will start from this panel, in addition to having access to the entire flow of operation, presenting reports in real time.
The store dashboard, is where each store can request the service of collection and delivery of orders, having access to reports of requests, recharges of credits of the service among other information.
The android app is where the delivery partners registered on the platform will receive and answer calls, and update status from collection to delivery to the customer.
It's an Uber-like service, but food delivery logistics.
That is, the stores will have a panel accessed via browser to request a delivery man, the delivery man will have an droid app to receive and administer the calls and the master administrator will have a panel accessed via browser to have access to all operations that are happening on the platform.
