Looking for laravel expert to fixed miner two issue

Hi there, i have laravel website ready, i want to modified it two task . i want to hide it language dropdown and also affilate marketing commision apply. affilate marketing already working with fixed price X amount. i want to X amount in percenatage instead of fixed amount. it very small two task.
