Looking for help to connect my Vue client to my Laravel server

Heyyy there, I have both client and server working as expected. It's a simple CRUD operation on the server side using Laravel 9 and templating done using Blade but at the same time I also built a Vue3 client with routing on a separate repository and need some guidance to make the Vue3 app to perform the operations on the DB through Laravel.
