Looking for full time VueJs/Laravel Fullstack developer

I am looking for a very well knowledge Laravel and VueJs developer to continue a Saas project started.
The login system, account creation is already done and several other features, the work must be continued.
Industry best practices must be used such as: Laravel Migration, Seeds, etc so that any programmer can continue the project after if he needs to.
The saas will have be a feed formatter for ecommerce stores + connection to google ads to create automated campaigns and many other features.
We are looking for someone that will prove that he knows what he is doing we will provide the current files of the project vuejs+laravel he must setup the project without any costs to prove he knows what he is doing.
