Looking for an expert in Next.js and Laravel

I have a project that's built with Laravel and Next.js.
Laravel version is 8 and Next.js project also has older versions of packages.
I am a developer myself (not an expert yet, haha), and looking for an expert who can manage the project and also give me some learning so I can do fix in the future by myself.
The first task would be to install the project on local environment.
The previous developer was an expert and all the things are done very professionally. So, you must be an expert too, to figure all out.
