Looking For Laravel Project To Update My Site

I am looking for a Laravel developer to update my website's functionality. Specifically, I want to improve and update my user management system.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience working with Laravel
- Must know working with Redis
- Must know working with websockets and apis
- Should be able to operate Ubuntu Linux Server where website is hosting, Can operate site through SSH

- Analyzing the current user management system and identifying areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing new features, such as user roles and permissions
- Integrating user management with other site functionality, such as payment processing
