Looking Experianced Laravel developer Full Time -- 2

I am looking for an experienced Laravel developer to work with me full time on a project that is expected to be completed in less than 1 month. The developer will be responsible for developing a new application from scratch. I do not have a design for the application, so I need the developer to create a design for me.

- Ability to create designs for applications
