Locate me & Real-time notification

I own a website with multiple stores and multiple Vendors (programmed using Laravel and React.js)
I want to complete the following:
1- Activate the “LOCATE ME” feature in the interface of the site, as well as when the customer fills in his personal information for the two fields (billing address - and shipping address) must use locate me
2- Activate Real-time notification laravel on website in the SUPER-ADMIN account, SHOP manager account and DELIVERY - BOY app, in addition to activating the same feature in the customer panel (order tracking)
