HD Livestream module adding to an existing Laravel 7 Website

We require a developer to add HD Agora real-time video to our existing website. The website is currently running as a fan club. The livestream function will be available to verified users only with a live chat facility, tipping using the existing payment facilities already within the system (wallet and saved card). We already have API details for Agora.
