function.
• Courses can create in the basis of duration, cost and capacity
• Course includes short & detailed description, images and demo videos (youtube)
2. Batch Management with CRUD function.
• Batches can create and assign teachers in the basis of time, days
3. Student Management with CRUD function
• Admin can able to assign student to batches/Teachers and Parent.
• Discounts can apply as free month, percentage or custom amount
4. Parent management with CRUD function
• Parent can see assigned students performance, status, shared document, absents
details, cumulative bill payment & its dues dates ,upcoming bills & payment history.
• Parent can able to pay bills through payment links or upload screen shot/image of
direct deposit bill amount
5. Teachers management with CRUD function.
• Available Teachers, occupied teachers with assigned batches /courses
6. Study material management with CRUD function
• Admin or Teachers can able to create study materials for each batches & sections
and share in batch after complete the section
• Teacher can see upcoming live classes and able to add scheduled zoom link to
each live classes
• Teachers can reschedule the section

System work flow:
1. Admin created courses will show in main website home page were user can see
Complete details with images and deo videos when click on course details
2. Parent /student can click and register by giving their details (Student name and address with
Contact number, whatsapp,email)
3. Admin will see this interested leads from dashboard .They can contact user and collect more information’s like, required time ,Group /1to 1
4. Admin will create parent user and whatsapp and email notification will sent to parent user
5. Admin will create student user and search &connect to parent user
6. For 1to1 class Admin will search and select course and assign available Teachers
7. Teacher will create & schedule zoom class 1 days before and share the link to assigned
Students /groups from Teacher’s panel
8. Teacher s and students will get auto remind before 30 minutes
9. After finish the class Teacher will mark absentees and share recorded video to absentees.
Absentee list will update in student ,parent and admin panels
10. Teacher can share selected Study materials by click on section complete button

Admin can see following summery tiles in dash board

3. Student Absentee list
4. Teacher’s availability list
