Laravel website - issue on the ipad / eckeditor issue

We have a Laravel website. We need two things to be resolved:
1. On the iPad version there is an issue that in the filter (search) the search boxes are out of the design.
2. We have CKEditor but we have an issue with the responsive images. We need to have a new version of the CKEditor or some other version of the editor that has image options for the responsive layout.
